Elite Wrestling Background
- Former Division I collegiate wrestler with extensive competition experience
- Multiple regional and conference championship titles
- Over 10 years of coaching experience developing elite wrestlers
- Specialized in advanced technique development and mental preparation

For wrestlers ages 5-12. Focus on fundamentals, technique, and having fun on the mat.
