Important Schedule Update
RAW White (Kids Program) Schedule Change: Until further notice, all RAW White participants will follow the RAW Black elite practice schedule. Please check the schedule below for updated times and locations.
This temporary change allows for enhanced training opportunities and better coaching coverage. We will announce when the regular RAW White schedule resumes.

Advanced training for competitive wrestlers

- •Sunday Open Mat: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (alternating between NC State and OG locations, announced weekly on Instagram)
- •Please arrive 15 minutes before practice to change and warm up.
- •Check our Instagram @rawrestling for any schedule changes or announcements.
- •Bring appropriate gear including wrestling shoes, headgear, and water bottle.

Our Sunday Open Mat sessions are open to all RAW Wrestling members. The location alternates between our NC State facility (Weisinger-Brown Athletic Facility) and our OG location (Maddry Oaks Ct) each week. Check our Instagram @rawrestling for the weekly announcement of which location will host the open mat.
